Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VesselReady, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Service Description

VesselReady provides a maritime inspection readiness platform including audit management, risk scoring, smart summary briefings, and inspection preparation tools. The platform is an advisory tool and does not replace professional maritime safety assessments or regulatory compliance obligations.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you upload to VesselReady, including vessel information, audit evidence, and inspection records. We process your data solely to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use VesselReady for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to interfere with the platform's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

VesselReady is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that inspection readiness scores will prevent detentions or deficiencies. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts.
